Privacy Policy

Last updated October 15, 2026

Discretion is what we sell, so we keep this short and keep our word. This policy covers the Hollow website and the work we do for clients.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, your email address, what you need written, the plan you picked and your message.

If you become a client, we also hold what you share so we can write for you: call notes and recordings, drafts, documents and messages. We hold billing details only as far as invoicing needs them.

We don't run analytics, ad trackers or tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

To reply to you, set up a call, write and deliver your work, and send invoices. That's all.

We never sell or rent your information, never use it for advertising, and never mention you or your work to anyone. Your writing doesn't appear in our portfolio, case studies or pitches.

Who else touches it

A few services help us run Hollow and process data on our behalf:

Only the writers on your account see your drafts, notes or recordings. We share information with authorities only if the law requires it.

Your browser

The site saves one small note in your browser's session storage so the opening animation plays once per visit. It contains nothing about you and is cleared when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Client material is kept while we work together and for as long as your agreement says after that. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner, unless we have to keep something (invoices, for example) for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, at any time. Email hello@usehollow.xyz and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

We keep client material in access-controlled accounts with two-factor sign-in, and only the people working on your account can open it. No system is perfect, but we treat your words the way we'd want ours treated.

Children

Hollow isn't for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. Clients will hear about significant changes by email.
